So i just finished my first drawing since I came back from Amsterdam. I think im gonna draw another one of these future oil machines.

im still using my 0.05 staedler normal black pen. but im starting to think about using some normal pencils. i might get some shading going, like real drawing. HA!

but, here it is, inverted, ready to get printed a day when the sun shines.

I ran out of internet at home. Which causes some logistic problems. For example, I cant stay inside the apartment for two days in a row. Cause i need to get out and do internet stuff. I cant figure out if its a pain in the ass not to have internet, or if it actually is healthy for me.

I guess my experiment will last the next week or something.

My sister is going to Uganda next week. Im excited what she will see of things there. She’s a nurse and will be working outside Kampala. Im pretty proud of her helping people. So if you see a tall danish girl in Uganda there should be a good chance that its scrmn’s sister.

ok, thats all the updates i can fit into my 30 min internet time that comes with my capuchino.

tomorrow im going back to Dortmund and then up to Berlin with the ICE train. I have booked a window seat, nr. 82 with table. It was only 2 euros extra, then i got a table. It takes 3,5 hours with the train from dortmund to berlin. So i can draw, maybe 120 tanks on the way. Thats not so many, but i also need to look out the window and show my ticket.

this is the scrmn schedule for august- Amsterdam to Dortmund. Dortmund to Berlin. Berlin to Copenhagen. Copenhagen to Amsterdam. Stay in amsterdam eat some paint and draw on the science project.

maybe do some giant printing with noelson it seems!

i came back yesterday from dortmund.

I was doing some live painting and stuff at Concrete playground at a festival in germany. Was good fun, but without Noelson, which wasnt so cool. the big paintings get a bit one sided when noelson doesnt scratch out all the bs i paint haha. and no helecopters! and i have to do with being accompanied but a weird half naked guy. then its better to be scrmn vs noelson when a half naked man from germany is giving you the stare

yesterday I thought about xmas, scrmn and noelson was very busy doing two gallery shows, so i was looking at some pictures and thought, lets make a slide show!

a scrmn vs noelson blue print is taking a shower in a white bucket.

they need about 10 mins in cold water and a little bit of care. a whole in the ozone layers makes cyanotype really fast.

had a argument with my printer this morning and it almost got violent.

so i took a fast pic with my camera this morning where the light was better. its number two in the first big ass painting series a la scrmn and noelson.

its a bit hard to photograph cause the i cant get far away from the canvas. i mean, i love the studio, but its not the biggest one on the planet.

but as noelson says, big is big and small is small and big things come in, small packages.

so it rained all weekend almost, it even rained inside the house. Trough the roof, and trough the windows, even on my pillow. I think if we will have some more serious summer rain my stuff will get really wet.

anyway, i did finish this collage made of small scrmn and noelson drawings. Me and noelson are stretching these massive paintings, 2 times 3 meter and we will start painting tomorrow. All black and white, except for some others ones which are more with icons and stuff. but more on that soon.

tonight noelson will be noisy noelson on the guitar woke up a bit dizzy today.

but now im trying to sort out the studio a bit. Magnus my friend is coming tonight all the way from copenhagen to visit me which is good news. Tonight we are playing at the winston with the stutters, thats here in amsterdam. So Magnus can come and see it. Should be a lot of fun, we will also show a Scrmn Vs Noelson mini-film about me and noelson having been killed in a explosion. It should soon be on youtube when we get it shown a few places first.

So tonight at the winston and tomorrow night we are playing again with the band. ‘Last show this spring, then we dive back into the studio to prepare new recordings of the 3rd ep of the stutters trilogy.

But tomorrow we are playing at 21.00 at the Occi. thats that squat behind vondelpark. you know it looks like a fairy tale house occopied by left wing vegans.

so today im making two things. 1 Home made pizzas and 2 cyanotype prints aka blue printing. Its not as easy as i thought it would be but i reckon im getting somewhere these are just my first attemps and i reckon with a little bit of practice i get that glowing effect that i want. Cyanotype printing is basically a old school chemical reaction. I take to chemicals, mix them with water. Its like natrium something and xiocide something, cant remember. But i mix them with water. Then mix them together, then paint the paper in dark room. let dry in the dark room. Apply your image. Then you have about 3-8 minutes to develop the blue print in the sun. When you think its done, wash the paper in water and the image should appear. I had a few papers just turn klein blue but these ones came out, after only exposing to sun 3-4 minutes instead of the 8 minutes that the txt book methods says. The book is from the 60’s so maybe the ozone layer wasnt burnt trough yet cause no way i can have the paper outside in the sun for 8 min. polute.
